Far too many weeks have gone by without a studio interlude. It’s easy to lose perspective when you (or I) am stuck on the hamster wheel of project deadlines, laundry, cooking, cleaning and everything else that we “have” to do to maintain our present state of comfort. I do feel a slight guilt at being in the studio when I could be working for other people … but it sure is nice to ignore that nagging voice and just take the day off every now and again.
I am hoping to finish this in time for the May Open House at Cornelia, we’ll be having a self-curated hallway show on the theme, “Urbs in Horto”. You’ll have to come to the show (or google that) to find out what it is all about!
